“Oh Music, Oh Music,” is one of my favorite pieces. I’ve even created a visual to go along with it, which is on one my later posts below. It was inspired by my longing for music to regain its form of the oldies. I remember how music was a form of art that brought people together and it really showed many how to love, but now it doesn’t seem to serve much of the same purpose. I hope you like it, don’t forget to leave a comment.

Oh music, oh music

What have man done to you?

They have deceived your purpose into all the negative aspects…

What happened to the bells you shaked in my spirit?

What happened to your power of bonding?

Oh music, oh music where’s you history?

The purpose you’ve served to me has gradually fainted…

Your ability to enlighten my days in so many ways,

Touch me in ways that I couldn’t help but smile…

Oh music, oh music what happened to us?

I wait and I wait,

And hope that man would put and end to defeating your purpose,

But the wait seems in vain…

I turn on the stations to your tunes,

But all I hear is the ignorant lyrical rhymes that man has converted your purpose for…

Oh music, oh music…

It’s time to regain your identity

And bring joy to all our hearts…

You are one of those emotional arts…

Oh music, oh music for we miss your sound of melodies that we truly adore…

Oh music, oh music
