Sample social media calendar planning

I began my professional career with the EPIC hotel as a full-time hostess. In that role I actively sought opportunities to aid management in every way possible, whether it was designing menus on Indesign, responding to guests on OpenTable reviews, or redesigning the restaurant’s floor plan, I was always taking initiatives. After six months as a hostess, management was looking for an organized, yet well rounded social media coordinator to manage and generate traffic to all their Food & Beverage social sites, and chose me as the ideal candidate for such a role. After three months of managing their Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, and Tripadvisor pages, there was a 2,000 viewer traffic increase across all platforms. In yielding such progress, I actively conducted competitor analysis reports, kept up with a thorough social media posting calendar, partnered with social media influencers, and actively interacted with the media through comment feedback, customer review feedbacks, and running social media competitions to engage our followers. While these strategies served as our key driving points, the quality of our content played a major role in our reach. As a result, I used Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and illustrator to create and edit content. The EPIC’s F&B social media pages were named “Most Improved Social Media Sites of the Quarter.”
